Carrie, Blake, Keith and — surprise — Adam Lambert up for CMT Music Awards

Underwood will be gunning for her fifth straight video of the year honors at the CMT Music Awards, set for Wednesday, June 8 on CMT.

Blake Shelton and — surprise — Adam Lambert are also up for 2016 CMT Awards.

The awards are doled out based on fan voting, which continues through June 6 and is underway now at CMT.com, where you can also find the complete list of nominees.

for Adam Lambert, his nomination is in the CMT Performance of the Year category for a duet of “Girl Crush” with Leona Lewis for the 2015 CMT Artists of the Year Show.

Carrie is also nominated in that category for a live performance of “Smoke Break,” the first single from her latest album, “Storyteller.”

Carrie’s other two nominations are for the official video for “Smoke Break.” It’s up for video of the year honors and female video of the year honors.

Other nominees for video of the year include Blake Shelton for “Sangria,” Cam for “Burning House,” Chris Stapleton for “Fire Away,” Florida Georgia Line for “Sippin’ on Fire,” Jason Aldean for “Tonight Looks Good on You,” Keith Urban for “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16,” Little Big Town for “Girl Crush,” Luke Bryan for “Strip It Down,” Sam Hunt for “Break Up in a Small Town,” Thomas Rhett for “Die a Happy Man” and Tim McGraw for “Humble and Kind.”

Blake and Keith received nominations for the same videos in the male video of the year category.

Carrie has won video of the year honors for the last four years for “Something in the Water,” “See You Again,” “Blown Away” and “Good Girl.” She also won the honor in 2010 (“Cowboy Casanova”) and 2007 (“Before He Cheats”).

The only other video of the year winner since 2007 has been Taylor Swift, who won the award three times. The last male winner was Keith Urban in 2006 for “Better Life.”
