But we hadn’t heard from his since, at least not until last week when he dropped a new single called “Stop Thinking About It.” And released the accompanying music video you can watch at right.
Sam says he started work on the song with friend Orion Meshorer a year ago, saving the lyrics for last because that’s the way he typically writes songs.
As for the message behind the song …
“Everyone has things that worry or bother them,” Sam writes in the YouTube description for the song. “‘Stop Thinking About It’ is about letting those things go, learning how to adjust to new change, and realizing that you can’t let certain memories or thoughts get to you.”
