That means their chances of advancing to the Top 8 are vastly improved.

The fortunate five, you ask?

That would be Sundance Head, Brendan Fletcher, Billy Gilamn and Christian Cuevas and We McDonald.

Sundance led the pack, hitting number one on the iTunes overall singles and country singles with his version of “Me and Jesus.”

It marks the first time in Season 11 a singer has topped the iTunes Top 200 and the second straight week Sundance has been the iTunes leader for The Voice.

Brendan Fletcher was right behind with his rendition of “True Colors” and Season 11 favorite Billy Gilman checked in at number four with “Anyway.”

But the surprise of the five is Christian, who had by far his best week yet on the show with his cover of Lady Gaga’s “Million Years.”

Singers who land in the Top 10 have their downloads multiplied by five; in other words, a single download counts as five votes rather than one for those artists.

Who’s in danger of elimination tonight? Well, Aaron Gibson and Courtney Harrell would top that list based on the iTunes results. Aaron needed a Twitter save to survive each of the last two elimination rounds and two singers head home this week.
