The remaining nine American Idol contestants will take on the songs of John Lennon and Paul McCartney Wednesday night. It’s not exactly a fresh theme for the show.

So, I guess the big question now isn’t whether Nicki Minaj will show up on time for the Top 9 performance show. But whether she’ll show up at all.
