Get this, Voice fans: Blake Shelton bet against Sundance Head winning the show.

Seems Adam Levine was convinced Sundance would win and wanted to bet Blake $1,000 that it would turn out that way.

Blake took the bet.

Now he has to pay Adam $1,000 and work “butterscotch” something or other — he couldn’t remember the exact phrase — into one of his Season 12 critiques.

“I’m $1,000 poorer, but I’m sitting here next to the winner of The Voice, and that’s exciting,” Blake said during a post-show press conference Tuesday.

But why would he vote against his own singer.

“I thought if I bet on you, it would hex me,” Blake told Sundance, who was sitting by his side.

Sundance’s reaction: “That’s a weird strategy.”

But Sundance, The Voice’s Season 11 champ, was smiling when he said it.
