Catie Turner, Michelle Sussett score most popular performances on American Idol

0

After Catie Turner performed her solo on American Idol’s Top 24 episode Sunday, judge Luke Bryan said: “I tell you what, I couldn’t quit watching you.”

Apparently, neither can fans across the country.

Catie, the quirky teen from Langhorne, Pa., easily scored the most popular performance on Sunday’s show.

But noon Monday, the video of her performance had been viewed more than 400,000 times on YouTube.

No one else in the cast had crossed the 300,000 view threshold at the point.

That said, Idol gals had scored four of the five most popular performance from Sunday’s show. Ranking second, again by a large margin, was Venezuelan-born Michelle Sussett, with her Spanglish version of Beyonce’s “If I Were a Boy.”

Here’s all the videos and the rounded off number of views each had as of noon.
