The new song is called “Don’t Know Why” and the video version hit YouTube this week.

A Top 16 finisher from Season 1 of The Voice, Lily has been working on an EP that tracks a past relationship, “from beginning to end” for more than a year.

She had already released three songs — “Generator,” “Suitcase” and “Taken,” all of which you can hear by heading here.

On Facebook, Lily describes the new song as her favorite on the EP and also “the most honest.”

Now 24, Lily plans to release the EP later this year.
