Since Idol, Kimberly has stayed in the public eye as a host of Idol coverage on the TV Guide Network and other TV appearances, such as hostess for P. Diddy’s Starmaker, a show on MTV. She released two singles in 2008, “Fear of Flying” and “Gave Yourself Away,” but a debut album failed to materialize. In 2009, she signed with Vanguard Records and began working on what has been an oft-delayed debut called “Without Regret.” The CD is now scheduled for a spring release. She released a single and video from it — “Mess of You” — in 2009. She released a second single, “Desperate Girls and Stupid Boys,” late last year. It’s embedded below.
