Lauren Alaina released her first major project on her new label Friday.

And “Unlocked,” out on Big Loud Records, is making quite the splash.

The six-song EP was number nine on the Apple Music country albums chart Saturday evening.

And “Thicc as Thieves,” a fun duet with label mate Lainey Wilson that caps the project was number eight on the country singles chart.

Lauren’s last album, “Sitting Pretty on Top of the World,” dropped in the fall of 2021.

She released the first two songs from the new EP — “A Walk in the Bar” and “Hangover” — last week.

“A Walk in the Bar,” a song Lauren co-wrote, has already been streamed more than 400,000 times on Spotify.

She co-wrote “Thicc as Thieves” with Idol judge Luke Bryan.

Another highlight on the new EP is s ballad called “Don’t Judge a Woman.”

“I’m so proud to have ‘Unlocked’ out in the world,” Lauren, 28, said in a press statement.

“Five years ago, I don’t know that I would’ve cut any of these songs. It took slowing down, getting to know myself, digging deep in the writing room, and living some life to bring me to this place with this new music.

“I feel like I’ve fully embraced and stepped into who I am as a woman, an artist, a songwriter, and I’m so excited for my fans to get to step into this next chapter with me,” she added.

The runner-up on American Idol Season 10 as a teen, Lauren scored a number one country hit with “Road Less Traveled” in 2016.

She’s hit number one as a featured artist on three other occasions, including Hardy’s “One Beer” and Dustin Lynch’s “Thinkin’ ‘Bout You.”

You can check out Lauren’s upcoming show dates on her website. She’s touring with Pentatonix all summer.
