Camryn Brooks is among the artists who auditioned for Season 26 of The Voice.

Season 26 premieres Monday, Sept. 23 with the coaching quartet of Gwen Stefani, Reba McEntire, Michael Buble and Snoop Dog.

Here’s more about Camryn.

* She’s a 24-year-old vocalist from Mount Shasta, Calif., fulfilling a pledge she made three years ago.

* Camryn auditioned for Season 21 of The Voice, singing Adele’s “Hometown Glory.” But she failed to turn a chair.

* Still, she took to social media to express her gratitude for the opportunty and appreciation for the compliments she received from Kelly Clarkson and Ariana Grande on her vocal ability.

* “This is just another example of why I’ll NEVER stop chasing my wildest dreams until I get the chance to return with a vengeance,” she wrote at the time. That time has clearly arrived.

* In her Season 21 bio segment, Caryn explained how she has three older brothers who were into sports and grew up singing the national anthem before their games.

* That was particularly true of her oldest brother Corden. Then he suffered a devastating injury while playing football, severing his spinal cord and leaving him paralyzed.

* She assisted Corben as he relearned how to do everything. He returned the favor by encouraging her to pursue her passion for music.

* At 14, Camryn moved to L.A. to enroll in a performing arts high school. She attended the Ramon C. Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts

> And she’d auditioned for The Voice several times before appearing before the judges in the fall of 2021.

* She’s also now a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she studied psychology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 3.96 GPA.
