Her audition: Gabrielle Zabosky, 25, Oxford, Pa., “Mr. Know It All” by Kelly Clarkson: Gabrielle shows off a nice tone. There’s the power I knew she was about to deliver. Suddenly, chairs started turning. All four chairs, which caused Gabrielle to veer slightly off course with her audition, but she’d already triumphed at that point. This is a young lady with a big personality. Oh, by the way, Reba McEntire blocked Snoop Dogg. Reba loved her power and dynamics. Gwen Stefani called Gabrielle a diamond in the rough who sounded beautiful when she got it right. Gabby decided to join Team Gwen.

* She’s 26-year-old Gabrielle “Gabby” Zabosky, a graduate of Oxford High School in Oxford, Pa. who sometimes uses the stage name G.G.

* She began posting to Instagram when she was working for the local WalMart and was selected to join SparkAppella, an acappella group made up of WalMart employees from across the country.

* G.G. is featured in a video of the group’s performance of “America the Beautiful,” helping close out the song with her soulful vocals.

* And she sang on the group’s 2019 SparkAppella Holiday album, featuring seven songs. They include “The Walmart Nutcracker.”

* Writes G.G. on social media next to a video snippet of that song: “This was so much fun … I am a soprano in this group and this song most definitely tested my range !!!”

* G.G.’s now a pop-soul solo artist with a sense of humor. Her bio line on Instagram reads: “I write. I sing. I break things.”

* She also released her debut single in March 2023, a song called “In Love.” There’s an accompanying music video, which you can check out below.

* G.G. said the song is designed as a celebration of being in love and her feelings toward her boyfriend.

* That’s G.G.’s lone release to date, but she clearly has other originals ready to drop. In June, she posted snippets of two impressive potential singles, asking fans which was their favorite.

* G.G. also participated in the Great Pocono Talent competition in 2023, placing second. Her Instagram post about that features a rousing cover of “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going.”

* In a Facebok post from her time with SparkAppella, G.G. writes: “Singing / music has been the only thing to get me by since a very young age. I would not give it up for the world!”
