this year, former Voice standout RaeLynn lost her record deal with Big Machine Records.

She wasn’t a free agent for long, signing a new deal with Warner Nashville — also the home of her Voice coach Blake Shelton — last month.

And now she has a new single out, a song called “Love Triangle” that the 21-year-old wrote when she was 18.

In fact, it’s a song she sang when she performed at the Jingle Bell Jam in York a couple of years ago, explaining that it’s a song written from the perspective of a child caught in the middle of her parents’ divorce.

“It’s a song that’s healed me and that I believe in more than anything,” the 21-year-old wrote on Instagram earlier this month. “Can’t wait for the world to hear this song that I hold so dear to my heart.”

RaeLynn will be back in Pennsylvania this month, performing at the Grange Encampment Fair in Centre Hall (near State College) on Aug. 27.

Then she’ll be off on tour with Blake. Fourteen fall tour dates have been announced so far, beginning with a pair of shows in Oklahoma City in early September.

You can check out all the tour dates on RaeLynn’s Facebook page.
