AmericanIdol.com has posted a new series of videos with the Season 11 finalists.

Too busy to listen to all 12 videos? Or not patient enough to sit through the commercial that proceeds each video?

Fear not. I’ll fill you in on what you’re missing.

Among the most interesting questions the Idols are asked: “Which former American Idol contestant would you like to meet?”

Here’s what our remaining Idols said.

Colton Dixon:  Chris Daughtry. “He’s had such an influential play in my life. I want to plan my career around his. He’s had singles on pop radio, rock radio, Christian radio. You name it, he does it. Yet it’s never changed who he is.”

Deandra Brackensick:  Fantasia. “Every time I hear her sing, I just want to throw my shoe at her. She’s so good.”

Elise Testone:  “I’ve kinda been getting a few messages from Casey Abrams, and it’d be great to meet him in person because I definitely respect him.”

Erika Van Pelt:  Kelly Clarkson or Melinda Doolittle. She says she’s had Twitter exchanges with Melinda, who’s “an alto too” and knows what it’s like to go head-to-head with great soprano singers.

Heejun Han:  Haley Reinhart. “Because she’s an awesome singer. She has a good personality. And she’s pretty.”

Hollie Cavanagh:  Carrie Underwood. “She sings country and that’s not the direction I want to go musically, but she’s been through this and she’s very successful.”

Jermaine Jones:   Jennifer Hudson. “And I would say I love you, and you’re so beautiful.”

Joshua Ledet:   Fantasia. “I just love her so much. I love everything she’s done, where she came from, how she never gave up.”

Jessica Sanchez:  Jennifer Hudson. “I got a tweet from her the other day. I freaked. I was crying. I hyperventilated.”

Phillip Phillips:  Casey Abrams, partly because he plays a lot of instruments. “I’d be like, ‘What’s up, bro? Want to jam out? Get your bass.'”

Shannon Magrane:  Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood, because they won Idol years ago, yet are still at the top of the music charts. She says she’d love to get tips from them.

Skylar Laine:  Carrie Underwood. “She’s had such a great, successful career, and I’d want to ask her about that. How did she go about? Of course, you’d want to know that, because she’s one of the queens of country music.”
