Last week, The Voice results pretty much followed where the singers landed on iTunes when voting ended.

If that’s the case again tonight, it’s going to be a tense evening for Anita Antoinette, Reagan James and Ryan Sill.

Ryan, last week’s instant save recipient, is bucking particularly big odds tonight. His song from Monday’s show was the least well received on iTunes.

And in the two seasons the instant save has been in place, only one singer, Kat Perkins, has escaped elimination the following week.

Oh, and if you missed those iTunes rankings, you can head here to check out the complete list of how everyone ranked when voting ended.

Craig Wayne Boyd earned bonus points and landed at number one on the country chart for the second straight week.

Taylor John Williams hit number one on the rock chart, and Anita was again number one on the iTunes reggae chart.

Pretty impressive stuff.

If you want to check out the song by song grades tonight, head here. And here’s a link to my predictions on what will happen tonight.

And we start off the night with a group number by Adam Levine and his team members, Chris Jamison, Matt McAndrew and Damien. They’re singing Billy Joel’s “Only the Good Die Young.” Still don’t really get Chris Jamison, but Matt’s one heck of a performer and Damien has a fantastic voice.

Time for the first set of results:

* Craig Wayne Boyd: He did the best on iTunes this week. Of course, he’s safe.
* Matt McAndrew: He would be the show’s other front-runner at this point.
* Luke Wade: That was one wildly energetic performance he delivered last night.
* Taylor John Williams: I think I predicted this guy was the male singer most likely to catch fire with voters. Seems he has.

A musical interlude as Luke Wade, DaNica Shirey and Pharrell Williams sing “What a Wonderful World.”

Now, more artists advance:
* DaNica Shirey: The young woman from York is voted to safety again.
* Chris Jamison: Yep, getting prime performance spots every week is one way to ensure advancement.
* Damien: No way he should have been eliminated after last night’s performance.

That leaves Anita Antoinette, Reagan James and Ryan Sill as the bottom three in need of an instant save.

Here we go, song by song grades for the bottom three.

* Reagan James: She’ll sing “I’m Like a Bird.” Two weeks ago, I loved Reagan’s version of “Try.” Vocally, she’s seemed a bit off ever since. She’s still incredible for age 16, and the one among this trio I’d most like to see advance. But if I have to be honest, that was another not-great vocal from Reagan. Grade: C

* Anita Antoinette: She’ll tackle a predictable song: “The Remedy, I Wont’ Worry.” This is a bit more high-energy than Reagan’s performance. Perhaps it’s the pressure of the situation, but she’s sounding far from her voice, too. She just tried for a glory note that was ear-piercingly painful. Grade: C–

* Ryan Sill: He’ll perform “Collide” in search for his second straight save. He’s delivering a fine vocal, I just don’t see a whole lot of long-range potential for him on this show because Season 7 is so stacked with male talent. He delivers a glory note and hits it, though. If I was awarding the save based solely on those three performances, it would go to Ryan. Grade: B

And the instant save goes to — Ryan Sill. For the second straight week.

That leaves DaNica Shirey as the only gal left on Season 7.
