Voting rules change for Season 9 of The Voice

coaches-550No longer will you have to jot down phone numbers or text numbers for your favorites on The Voice.

The show has eliminated phone call and text message voting for Season 9.

But that still leaves plenty of ways to cast your ballot, and The Voice posted those methods to its website this weekend.

They include:

* You can go to The Voice website after the show and cast up to 10 votes per contestant per valid email address.

* You can go to The Voice Facebook page and do the same.

* You can download The Voice app. Again, 10 votes per contestant per valid Facebook account are allowed.

* You can download the singer’s song from the performance show. Only one download per artist per iTunes account counts.

iTunes voting runs from 9:55 p.m. EST on the night of the performance until noon the following day.

And any artist who plays in the Top 10 on iTunes’ Top 200 will have their download votes multiplied by 10.
