If you haven’t caught on by now, The Voice loves “the save.” In past years, we’ve had coaches saving contestants in the battle rounds. We’ve had coaches saving one of three low vote-getters after the first live round.

I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t need more than two hands to count the number of former American Idol contestants who have been successful enough to release four albums since appearing on the show. Today, Season 5’s Kellie Pickler joins that club.
