Recent post-Voice releases include songs from Avery Roberson and Kelsie Watts and an EP from Johnny Hayes.

Avery Roberson from The Voice Season 20

* Avery Roberson from Season 20 has a new single out called “Alive.” The country single was produced by Season 20 colleague Keegan Farrell. Avery wrote the song with Kanaan Brock and calls it “the sad country song y’all need this year.”

Johnny Hayes from The Voice Season 12

* Johnny Hayes from Season 12 recently released a three-song EP called “Voodoo Country.” A definite highlight is the closing track, Rosé and Cigarettes. Johnny says it’s the most requested original at any show he plays and “one of those I never get tired of playing.” He co-wrote the song with Stuart Bond and Matt Mackey. Johnny typically performs as Johnny Hayes and the Loveseats and indicates Loveseats’ versions of the songs will eventually be available as well.

Kelsie Watts from The Voice Season 19

* Kelsie Watts from Season 19 co-wrote and is featured on a song called “This is Me.” It’s the anthem for The Gap’s This is Me Rainbow campaign. Kelsie co-wrote the song with producer NicoTheOwl, Rachel West and Aika.
