New post-Voice music out includes singles from Riley Biederer, Caroline Reilly and Amanda Ayala.
Here’s a bit more about each of those releases. The links take you to the songs on Apple Music.
* Riley Biederer from Season 9 released “mg” on Friday, a pop song named in honor of her roommate, Mary Grace. Riley says it’s “a love song to my twenties and everyone who makes the mess feel fun. I am the happiest clam that this is out.” She wrote the song with Jonny Shorr. It follows “Different, But Exactly Like You” as her second single of 2022.
* Caroline Reilly from Season 17 has dropped a new single called “Not My Fault.” Says Caroline: “I wrote this song about how we sometimes get tired of being the mature one during a break up. Sometimes we just wanna be petty and say that it was all their fault. The blame game is tempting when you’re exhausted.” It’s Caroline’s second single of 2022, following “Break the World.”
* Amanda Ayala from Season 9 has released “Doin’ Better,” her first single of 2022. It’s a song about someone struggling with social anxiety who wishes she was handling the problem better than she is. Amanda was just 17 when she auditioned for the show back in 2015.
