American Idol fans picked a Top 7 Monday night after the Top 9 performed tunes from the Disney songbook.

When the dust settled, Kyndal and Lucas Leon headed home. And the remaining seven have to start perfecting songs by Taylor Swift.

That’s right, next week’s theme is Taylor Swift.

Now I hate single artist themes on Idol. But if there’s a single artist with a wide array of great songs to chose from, it’s Taylor Swift.

Advancing are Jordan McCullough, Keyla Richardson and Daniel Stallworth, all of whom absolutely sparking during Monday’s show.

Also advancing are Hannah Harper, Chris Tungseth, Brooks Rosser and Braden Rumfelt.
