Nathan and Chesi Arnett have advanced on The Voice Comeback Stage

Nathan and Chesi Arnett have advanced on The Voice Comeback Stage.

The blind auditions aren’t even over on The Voice and we already have a battle round match in the books on the Comeback Stage.

And Bebe Rexha proclaimed Chesi and Nathan Arnett the winners of that battle.

That means they’ll advance to round two, where they will be pitted against someone eliminated from the battle round on The Voice main stage.

Chesi and Nathan were pitted against Klea Olson, a 20-year-old from Layton, Utah, whom we met on Tuesday’s blind audition episode.

Klea performed “Brand New Key” and showed off a distinct style and more control than in her blind audition. Bebe praised her for her “pop star vibe.”

But she said she loves the authenticity Chesi and Nathan bring to their performances, especially as a married couple. They performed “Tulsa Time” during the battle.

The couple have been performing together less than a year. Nathan is also front man for a bluegrass band called Turning Ground. Learn more about the Arnetts in this Voice Views profile.

Meanwhile, here’s the battle round video. Fast forward to about the 6:45 mark for the performance minus all the filler.
