Of the 70 singers who made it to Day 3, only 40 advanced to the showcase round that was filmed in Hawaii.

Did you have trouble keeping track of who made the cut and who didn’t?

Well, with lots and lots of help from a photo gallery ABC posted after the show, I think I have the answers.

I won’t 100 percent guarantee the list that follows is 100 percent correct, but I think it’s darn close.

And if you notice any mistakes, let me know by commenting below.

Among the familiar faces cut on Monday’s show were Jackson Gillie, Juan Pablo, Jacob Moran, Austin Michael, Katie Bell, former Voice standout Moriah Formica and Gaba, the young lady who tracked down her egg donor mom only to discover she once sang in the same college a cappella group that now includes Gaba.

Oh, and if you glance down the Top 40 list and say who now or then, I won’t be surprised. Idol has already picked its Season 17 favorites and we’ll probably never hear some members of the Top 40 sing on the show.
