He isn’t even in the U.S., and it appears David Archuleta has released the first new Idol video of 2013.
Today marked the U.S. release of the video for a remix of “Rainbow,” a track off “Forevermore,” the album of Filipino music David released last year.
The video was already released in the Philippines and is apparently doing quite well there.
David thanked fans for making the video number eight on the MYX Top 10 countdown on TV in the Philippines last week.
And the title track off “Forevermore” was named the most requested video of the year on the MXY Countdown.
An expanded version of “Forevermore” the album is now available, featuring the remix of “Rainbow,” alternate versions of six other songs on the album and a bonus DVD featuring the videos for “Forevermore,” “I’ll Never Go” and “Rainbow.”
The album isn’t available on iTunes, but head to David’s website and you’ll find links on how to order a copy.
David, of course, is still serving his two-year mission with his church.
But his team is doing a great job of keeping him connected with fans and in the public eye during his absence.
