American Idol reveals the rest of its Top 20 tonight, even though the show hasn’t yet determined how it will proceed with the rest of the season.

Tonight’s episode will be the last Idol pre-taped for Season 18. In fact, we were supposed to be watching the Top 20 perform for fans’ votes tonight.

Of course, coronavirus had changed production schedules for shows all over the TV landscape, and Idol is buying time by airing two weeks of bios of the Top 20 after tonight’s show.

Meanwhile, we know the identity of 10 members of the Top 10, including:

Guys (6): Nick Merico, DeWayne Crocker, Louis Knight, Francisco Martin, Jovin Webb and Jonny West

Gals (4): Just Sam, Faith Becnel, Olivia Ximines and Aliana Jester

Aliana and Olivia will be featured on tonight’s show, but their Top 40 performances and outcomes have already been leaked.

That leaves 10 spots left and here’s my hunch on who will get six of those: Arthur Gunn, Cyniah Elise, Kimmy Gabriela, Lauren Mascitti, Makayla Phillips and Sophia Wackerman.

Meanwhile, I’ll post photos here of those who advance and don’t (in cases where they’re available from ABC) and follow up later with my picks for the night’s Top 5 performances.

NOTE: And there’s a twist. The show is letting the last spot up to voters. Between Grace Leer and Lauren Mascitti.
