Nicki Minaj won two awards and Carrie Underwood nabbed one at the 40th annual American Music Awards Sunday night. Nicki won for favorite hip-hop album with “Pink Friday, Roman Reloaded” and was also named favorite rap hip-hop artist.
Under the new format on The Voice, it matters not what team you belong to when the finals began. And so all 12 singers performed last week, knowing the judges had no more saves to use and the verdict would be up to voters.
