The album won’t be available on digital sites until May 20.

For those who’d prefer not to wait, you can still head here and order the album and all sorts of other goodies, including, of course, the new music on vinyl.

Blake calls the album “eleven songs of pure magic.”

“I’ve been working on this album for over a year and I couldn’t be any happier with how it sounds,” he says on his Pledge Music page. “From the very beginning I’ve been working on this project with no outside collaboration (labels) and being influenced only by the music that has inspired me since I started performing. This is my first independent album and my finest piece of work to date.”

The album will be the first from Blake since he released “Heartbreak on Vinyl” in 2009.

Now 32, Blake finished second to Jordin Sparks back on Season 6 of Idol and released an under-appreciated debut album, “Audio Day Dream” in 2007.

What’s it been like doing his new album do-it-yourself style?

Blake addressed that in a recent Facebook post, writing that “trying to manifest your own destiny can turn your world upside down, but right now, I feel like mine has come up roses.”
