Tonight’s the big night for Carrie Underwood and the rest of the cast of “The Sound of Music.”
They’ll be doing something that hasn’t been done in more than 50 years.
They’ll be performing a musical on live TV.
The show begins tonight at 8 p.m. on NBC.
And Carrie sounds ready.
“Incredible run-through of the show tonight!” she tweeted on Tuesday. “I’m literally in tears! Hopefully we can be this great Thurs! Can’t wait!”
If you like what you hear tonight, you can purchase the music.
The new “Sound of Music” soundtrack went on sale Tuesday.
On iTunes, the 23-track album — featuring Carrie singing the title track, “Do-Re-Mi,” “My Favorite Things” and other favorites — is selling for $11.99.
To get you in the mood for tonight, here are the most recent rehearsal photos released by NBC.
