Season 4 of The Voice begins Monday night at 8 p.m. on NBC. Check back for live blogs during each show and for bios of the contestants who land a spot in the competition.

Meanwhile, it’s time to catch up with some familiar faces who have new music, including a Season 3 Team Christina member, Devyn DeLoera.

Devyn DeLoera released a new single earlier this month. Before The Voice: Devyn, 20 at the time of her audition, told The Voice she “retreated into a cocoon” she was so shy as a child … until she discovered her love for music. She performed in a Christian pop band named Jump5 for a while and performed at small shows across Texas, from age 12 on, singing a wide range of music. She released her first single, “You and I,” last February.

On The Voice: In a gamble she admitted might have been suicidal to her hopes of landing on a team, Devyn sang Christina Aguilera’s “Ain’t No Other Man” for her Voice audition. Christina loved it so much, she recruited Devyn for her team. Devyn was also impressive in the battle round, singing “Free Your Mind.” She made it to the top 20 before being eliminated.

Since The Voice: Earlier this month, Devyn released her first post-Voice single, a dance tune called “Paralyzed.” You can listen to it below. She promises more new music in 2013. She also sings and stars in a January video of a catchy song called “Don’t Forget About Me,” released by an unsigned pop band called “Ready Revolution.” Lots of zombies also star in that video. It’s embedded below as well. The song is from Ready Revolution’s 2012 album, “Hangovers and Heartaches.”
