Dylan Hartigan from The Voice Season 14

* Dylan Hartigan from Season 14 released a 10-song album called “The Way My Bones Creak” on Friday. “To say this album is my life would be an understatement,” Dylan writes on social media. Several of the songs have been released as singles over the past year. Highlights include “Gold Rush,” which Dylan calls the best song he’s ever written, the plaintive “Wait for Me” and the boisterous “Sing That Song.” Dylan has an album release show set for Nov. 13 at The Basement in Nashville. He’s also still on tour as an opener for Maggie Rose. You can check out those dates on his website.

* Elenowen, the duo of Nicole and Josh Johnson from Season 1, released an 11-song album called “Say I Don’t Scare You.” Josh and Nicole are also a married couple with two young children and describe the album as “a conversation between the two of us, with each song sharing our individual perspectives of how we navigated some major changes in our life. There are moments where we give in to the uncertainty and struggle of it all, and moments where we lean into the love and grace we have for each other. It’s a journey, baby!” Album highlights include “Lost at Sea,” “Sleeping with the Lights On” and the title track.

Matthew Schuler of The Voice Season 5

Matthew Schuler of The Voice Season 5

* Matthew Schuler from Season 5 released a five-track EP called “We Rule the Night.” It includes three versions of the excellent title track as well as the other two singles Matthew released over the past year, “Soul to Take” and “Dahlia.” Writes Matthews: “This release means a lot to me because this will be my last release before making a major pivot in my career. This is the end of a beautiful chapter in my career and the beginning of another.” For now, he hasn’t disclosed what that pivot will entail.
