DaNica Shirey will be performing in her hometown again in early February.

The Pullo Center announced Thursday that DaNica will perform a full concert on Friday, Feb. 6, at the venue.

Tickets are $28 and $40 and go on sale Monday, though members can order now.

DaNica, 25, is the first York County resident to compete on The Voice and made it to the Top 8 before being eliminated.

She was back on the show in the season finale Tuesday, performing in four numbers, including songs with Season 7 winner Craig Wayne Boyd and fourth-place finisher Damien Lawson.

Craig Wayne selected her to participate in his fun rendition of “Keep Your Hands to Yourself” because DaNica provided a shoulder of support for him through the competition. Plus, he called her voice “perfection.”

After making the Top 8, DaNica was treated to a trip home, which included a mini-concert before a packed house at the 1,016-seat Pullo Center.

She performed four songs from the competition, including “I Have Nothing,” “Help Me,” “Big White Room” and “Creep.”

“Everybody wanted more,” said Chris Beaverson, director of marketing and sales for the Pullo Center. “That was just a brief, four-song set we pulled together for the viewing party. We’re excited to have a local show like this.”

He said DaNica remained at the Pullo Center until 10:30 p.m. that night, signing autographs for every fan who wanted one.

DaNica had not performed on stage for more than three years before landing a spot on The Voice. She had stepped away from performing following the death of her father, who also served as her music manger.

In her Voice exit video, she credits her time on the show — and specifically coach Pharrell Williams — for restoring her confidence.

“I think the greatest piece of advice Pharrell gave me was to believe in myself,” she said. “I had lost my confidence completely over the last few years.

“And he just really helped me know that this is where I’m supposed to be. And I should believe in myself and never doubt myself. He did exactly for me what my dad always did, and that’s just to build my confidence up and keep pushing me and letting me know that I deserve this and this is what I love and no one can take that from me.”
