New post-Voice music out includes country singles from Dave Fenley, Brittany Kennell and RaeLynn.

* Dave Fenley from Season 15 has released a wonderful new country song called “Welcome to the South.” Writes Dave on Instagram: “If you’ve come to my shows for the past couple years, you know how much I felt like this song needed to be recorded by a major artist … well I guess we are both sick of waiting.” Dave wrote the song with Alex Kline and Kellys Collins and calls “Welcome to the South” and the accompanying music video “my favorite thing I’ve ever done.” Oh, and he’s holding a contest based on the music video. * Brittany Kennell from Season 10 recently dropped a fun new country single called “Bought the T-Shirt.” Says Brittany: “I wrote this song about not going back to your exes or flings that don’t deserve any more of your precious time. That suitcase of BS is full, so don’t take anymore! Catch the next flight outta there. Keep going, have fun and move on to the next adventure.” And, of course, there are souvenir t-shirts, available through Brittany’s website.

* RaeLynn is expecting her first child with husband Josh, but just released another country single, “Small Town Prayers” on Friday. It’s a song she wrote with Ben Stennis and Drew Kennedy. Says RaeLynn: “I was praying one day and I remembered a moment I was driving in my hometown and I saw this older lady on a porch with her Bible. I began to think about all the prayers she prays everyday and how important they are, and then got to thinking about how I prayed as a kid, never doubting what I would say was too big or small for God. Prayers from a small town might seem simple, but they are so important. This one’s been on my heart for awhile.”
