Dawn and Hawkes fans, take note: All is far from lost.

The harmonizing duo from Texas were eliminated from The Voice during the final battle round episode Monday night.

Chris Hawkes and Miranda Dawn have launched a campaign to fund a debut Dawn and Hawkes album.

Chris Hawkes and Miranda Dawn have launched a campaign to fund a debut Dawn and Hawkes album.

But, remember, these shows are pre-taped, so Miranda Dawn and Chris Hawkes knew the outcome.

And no sooner had their battle ended than they announced an Indiegogo campaign to fund their first full-length album.

Their goal is to raise $25,000 in 30 days. As of 2 p.m. Tuesday, about $2,400 had been pledged.

If successful, the campaign “would allow us to make the album of our dreams and to capture this magical musical connection and share it with you all,” they write in their Indiegogo pitch.

Anyone who pledges $5 or more gets an immediate download of an acoustic demo of Dawn and Hawkes’ new song “Yours and Mine.” I’ve embedded it below so you can check it out.

Dawn and Hawkes released an EP called “Golden Heart” in 2012, and I’ve made one of the songs from that release the Before The Voice Song of the Day. Check it out to the right.

Among the other offers for donors — a 30-minute private Skype concert for those donating $200.

You can also keep up with Dawn and Hawkes on their website, Facebook page or by following them on Twitter.
