Hannah Mrozak, formerly of The Voice and American Idol, is part of a new girl group called Citizen Queen.
Hannah Mrozak, a former contestant on The Voice and American Idol, is a founding member of a new girl group named Citizen Queen.
That group dropped its first music video Friday and has a series of major shows coming up later this month.
Citizen Queen is made up of Hannah, Cora Isabel, Nina Nelson, Kaylah Sharve’ and Kaedi Dalley.
The music video dropped Friday is a cover of Ariana Grande’s “No Tears Left to Cry.”
And Citizen Queen is promising more releases between now and the end of the year, based on a promo video they’ve posted to Facebook.
As for those major shows, Citizen Queen will be opening for Pentatonix on The Christmas Is Here! Tour at The Beacon Theater in New York.
Shows are set for Dec. 81, 19, 20 and 22. And the latter two are already sold out.
That’s a pretty impressive gig for a brand new group.
Auditioning at age 19, Hannah made the Top 20 on The Voice back in the fall of 2017. At age 16, she had advanced to the Top 48 on Season 14 of American Idol.
Earlier this year, she released her first two solo singles since The Voice, “My Way” and “Situation.”
For more on Citizen Queen, check out the group’s website or Instagram page. On Twitter, they’re @CQOfficial.
Here’s the video for “No Tears Left to Cry,” which should hit iTunes, Spotify and the like on Tuesday.
