Among the post-Voice music released recently are singles from Jackie Foster, Jon Mullins, R. Anthony and a cover from MaKenzie Thomas.

Here’s a look at each of those releases.

The links take you to the songs on Apple Music. Or you can check out the Spotify snippets below.

* Jackie Foster from Season 14 released “Hush,” her third single of 2020 on Saturday. Jackie says she wrote “Hush” about her own relationship. ” Anytime I get in an argument with my boyfriend, I clam up and shut down. Every time I do this, I am only hurting our relationship. How are we supposed to work through things if I refuse to talk through it? Even though ‘Hush’ is a very fun and energetic song, I think the lyrical content is something many people can relate to.”

* Jon Mullins from Season 18 released “Get to You” on Thursday. It’s a song about a guy who’s having trouble communicating with his lady love. “Get ready for some raw emotion and some brutal honesty with this next one,” he wrote in the run-up to the release. It follows “Better Man” as Jon’s second release since The Voice.

* R. Anthony from Season 5 released the Christian single “Twenty20” earlier this month. “You know, 2020 has been a year of unprecedented EVERYTHING! So I wrote a song about it,” he says. “A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into this, and it’s my best work yet.” It follows “Made Up” as R. Anthony’s second single of 2020.

* MaKenzie Thomas from Season 15 serves up her version of Lady Gaga’s “Always Remember Us This Way” as her latest cover release. “This is one of my favorites so far,” MaKenzie, 23, writes on social media. “And there’s even more coming! Y’all don’t even know!!!!!” MaKenzie recently got married and is now officially Mrs. Williams.
