Jake Hoot completed his journey from one-chair turn to Voice champ Tuesday night.
The 31-year-old country singer was named Season 17’s winner, besting runner-up Ricky Duran, third-place finisher Katie Kadan and fourth-place finisher Rose Short.

Loved the interview, I knew that Jake would win, have picked the winners of the voice for a few years now, even though being Canadian I cannot vote? Which I feel is wrong we buy there records as well. I would love the chance to be there, and give the performers some of my advice just to see if it would make a difference, I am a vocal coach, singer/ performer and never had this opportunity in my life time, am just retiring now from my band and duet gigs, but still love my music.
