Jordin Sparks dropped the music video for “Red Sangria,” her latest single, this week.

And Jordin fans will likely rejoice over the news that she has a six-song EP, “Sounds Like Me,” coming out Friday.

The EP is available for pre-order on Apple Music and anyone doing so will get the songs “Red Sangria” and “Unknown,” a ballad released earlier this year, as instant downloads.

“Red Sangria” is a fun dance tune, and the music video features Jordin’s real-life husband, Dana Isaiah, plus singer Amber Riley and Francia Raisa, a star of the Freeform sitcom “Grown-ish.”

As for the EP’s title?

In an interview on Kelly Clarkson’s talk show, Jordin said she was under pressure to pick a name for the EP.

“I was sitting in the garage listening to all the songs with Dana,” she recalled. “I got choked up listening to them. I said, ‘Wow, like really every single song sounds like me.’ And then I was like, ‘Oh, that’s the title. That’s it.’

“It’s the first time I feel like each song really has a piece of me in it, and I think people will be able to hear that.”

The result she says “is a big eclectic piece of music from me, and I think everybody’s going to love it.”

The EP will mark the first solo project from Jordin, 30, since her album “Right Here, Right Now” dropped in 2015.
