“Don’t Rush,” the duet Kelly Clarkson unveiled at the CMA Awards with Vince Gill, debuted on the Billboard music charts this week.

The song debuted at number 97 on the Hot 100, 25 on the country chart and number 35 on the digital download chart.

Meanwhile, “Catch My Breath,” the lead single off Kelly’s upcoming greatest hits album, dropped out of the Hot 100 this week. Time will tell whether or not that’s a temporary lapse.

The song did move up from 22 to 21 on the adult pop song chart and is number 40 among pop songs.

Other chart highlights from last week …

* “Blown Away,” Carrie Underwood’s current single, moved up two spots on the Hot 100 to 21 and a whopping 12 spots on the digital song chart, from 27 to 15.

* Phillip Phillips’ “Home” continues to do well on a wide range of charts, including reaching a new peak of 15 among radio songs.

* Chris Mann’s post-Voice album, “Roads,” debuted at 182 on the Billboard 200.

* Melanie Amaro’s debut single, “Don’t Fail Me Now,” moves up one more spot on the dance/club play chart, from number 12 to number 11.
