Lauren Alaina has landed a prime tour gig this summer.

She’ll be opening for country superstar Jason Aldean on his 34-city High Noon Neon Tour this summer.

To celebrate, Lauren posted a photo of herself and Jason on stage together during his 2012 My Kinda Party Tour.

“Can’t wait to “duet” again,” she writes. “I’M SO EXCITED to announce I will be touring with @Jason_Aldean and @LukeCombsMusic this summer.”

Lauren’s country music career, stalled at one point because of vocal surgery, shifted into high gear in 2017.

The Season 10 American Idol runner-up topped the country singles chart twice, once with her hit song “Road Less Traveled,” once with her “What Ifs” duet with Kane Brown.

“Doin’ Fine,” the latest single from her sophomore album is now sitting at number 43 on Billboard’s country airplay chart.

Aldean’s new tour kicks off May 10 in Kansas City, Missouri, and runs through Sept. 29 at Irvine, Calif.

In between, the tour will stop at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Md., on May 24, at the BB&T Pavilion in Phillip on Aug. 24.

Tickets will begin to go on sale for some tour dates on Jan. 26. Head to Aldean’s website for all the dates and complete tour info.

Right now, Lauren is on Reason to Drink tour with Cole Swindell. That tour swings into the PPL Center in Allentown, Pa. on Feb. 15 and the Giant Center in Hershey, Pa., on March 2.
