Lee DeWyze has released a new song, and you can get a download in exchange for a donation to a good cause.

The song is called “Fight,” and it’s yours with a $5 donation to The Heart Foundation’s “One for the Heart” campaign.

You can hear a snippet of the song in the video below.

Lee is working on a followup to his post-Idol debut, minus a recording contract.

Lee hasn’t exactly disappeared from the spotlight. He performed “God Bless America” at a Dodger game at the end of June and appeared as a VIP taste-tester with fellow Idol contestant Haley Reinhart on an episode of “Hell’s Kitchen” that aired Tuesday night. (Video here)
