One of the youngest artists on The Voice is making the biggest impact on the iTunes chart today.

Only one singer from Monday night’s battle-round match-ups has cracked the Top 200 on the iTunes singles chart.

As of 3 p.m. EST, Madilyn Paige’s version of “Everything Has Changed” was sitting at 169 on the chart.

It was also number 45 on the iTunes pop chart.

Madilyn, just 16 when she auditioned for The Voice, battled Tanner James on Monday’s show. Both are from Provo, Utah, but they didn’t know one another until they became contestants on The Voice.

“It’s amazing how it worked out that Tanner and I wound up on the same team and then had to battle one another,” Madilyn said during a conference call with the media on Tuesday.

And it turned out to be a benefit when Usher asked them to sing a love song; the original is a duet featuring Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran.

“I think it really helped us build a chemistry (for the battle round) because we come from a similar background,” she added. “We had a good chemistry from the very beginning, which was cool. I think it definitely helped my performance.”

The coaches had rave reviews for a performance they agreed was adorable. Adam Levine’s reaction: “That was like watching, like, golden retriever puppies frolic through fields of wheat during the sunset or something.”

Madilyn called the reaction “flattering,” a sign that she and Tanner accomplished what they wanted on stage.

She said perhaps the best piece of pre-performance advice she got came from Jill Scott.

“One thing that really stuck out to me was when she said to use my eyes and be in the moment,” Madilyn said. “I think I’ll definitely use that in my performances from now on.”

“Everything Has Changed” marks the second time Madilyn has cracked the iTunes singles chart. She also did it with her blind audition song, “Titanium.”
