Ari Camille of The Voice Season 27

Ari Camille is among the artists who auditioned for Season 27 of The Voice.

The Voice returns Monday, Feb. 3, with the coaching quartet of Michael Buble, John Legend, Adam Levine and Kelsea Ballerini.

Here’s more about Ari.

* Ari Camille is the stage name for Ariel Davis, a 22-year-old from Chicago.

* She’s a singer, songwriter, producer and actress and has attended the University of Southern California.

* Ari has also released a good bit of music, beginning with a single called “Strawberries” way back in 2020, when she would have been around 18.

* She’s been much more active recently and started a string of new singles with the impressive “Her,” released last June.

* Ari launched a Go Fund Me to help cover the costs of her cover shoot and described the song as capturing a relatable feeling: “Your intuition is telling you one thing, but your heart is telling you another.” Finding out about another woman challenges “a relationship and self-worth simultaneously.

* She followed up with two more singles before the year ended — “WWYD4ML” and “Runnin’ Out,” which spawned a music video you can check out below.

* And just in time for the debut of The Voice, she released a double single “Analysis” and “(Re)Analysis” on Friday.

* Ari had also launched a Go Fund Me for a music video for a song called “Don’t Leave Me Yet.” She calls the song “a beautiful representation of the right person, wrong time.”

* And, yep, as Ariel Davis, she’s done some acting, including in a late 2023 short film called “Wine West,” which “follows three black heroines and a Taiwanese cowboy in the Old West.”
