Ferryn and Brinkley Wright of Ferryn & Brinkley from The Voice Season 30
The Voice returns to NBC on Monday, Sept. 21 with the coaching quartet of Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, Queen Latifah and Riley Green.
Here’s more about Ferryn and Brinkley:
* They are sisters Ferryn Wright and Brinkley Wright, country-leaning singer-songwriters from Sevierville, Tenn. Ferryn is 20; Brinkley is 18.
* They released their first single, “Wrong Girl,” in late August. They wrote the song with Adam Wheeler and former American Idol standout Janelle Arthur, who also produced the track. Check it out below.
* Speaking of Idol, Ferryn and Brinkley auditioned for Season 23 in 2025 — individually, of course. American Idol doesn’t allow duos. Both received golden tickets, but their auditions did not air.
* The sisters recently lost an idol of their own with the passing of Dolly Parton. They delivered a heartfelt tribute on social media, performing a duet of “I Will Always Love You.”
* Ferryn and Brinkley have performed at Dollywood. A lot. Especially at the park’s Dreamore and Heartsong hotels. Ferryn even played the role of Dolly in the park’s own “From the Heart” show.
* And this spring, they were selected to walk just ahead of the car Dolly was riding in during a parade at Dollywood. They celebrated on social media, calling it “the opportunity of a lifetime to walk alongside our dreamer in chief.”
* Both young women have been performing for a long time and have individual Instagram, YouTube and TikTok pages. They began their joint Instagram in the summer of 2024.
* Brinkley was just 10 when she was being introduced as a new performer as a new youth performer at the Country Tonite Theatre in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. Her bio says she’d been performing since age 4.
* Even then, Brinkley said her dreams included “someday becoming a famous country star duo” with her sister Ferryn.
