His audition: Kutter Bradley, 22, Florence, Ala., performed “Here Without You” by 3 Doors Down. He was part of a package of talented singers from Alabama, and proved he belonged in the short snippet of his audition that aired. Lionel Richie said he loves his voice, his confidence and the signature growl in his voice.

* He’s a singer-songwriter from the Muscle Shoals area of Alabama who is now Nashville-based.

* On TikTok, he calls himself “a man of many genres.” And in his Spotify bio, he says his musical style blends elements of Nickleback, Daughtry and Keith Whitley.

* Fans can check out that musical style now, because Kutter has four singles on streaming sites from a debut called “You Ain’t Her” from 2023 to a song called “Headed to Texas” that dropped in October.

* “Jesus and a Pocketknife” from 2024 is his most streamed song on Spotify to date. You can check out the music video for “I Owe God an Apology” below. It was also released in 2024.

* More music is on the way. Kutter’s been promoting a single called “Fake a Smile.” And a Dec. 29 Facebook post talks about a Kutter Bradley EP.

* Kutter launched his musical career in 2017 and has played shows all over the southeast, according to his web bio.

* Kutter already has nearly 2,500 followers and moee than 11,000 likes on his TikTok.
