The Voice returns Monday, Feb. 3, with the coaching quartet of Michael Buble, Adam Levine, John Legend and Kelsea Ballerini.

Here’s more about Tori.

* In her Spotify bio, she describes herself as a 25-year-old from Atlanta “currently trying to find a balance of building my platform as an independent artist and navigating the real world.”

* The independent artist bit would appear to be going pretty well. This young lady already has three songs on Spotify with more than 1 million streams.

* Those include a lovely mellow 2019 single called “Butterfly Rain,” a song called “Classic” from her 2021 album “Seasons” and a collaboration called “All I Ask” with a male singer named Palmer. Check out “Butterfly Rain” below.

* Tori hasn’t released new music recently, but check out her musical “love letter to 2024,” posted on the last day of the year. Lovely vocal.

* Writes Tori: “I wrote this song a few days ago while i was reflecting on how formative this year has been and made a little video with the camcorder i brought along for all my adventures 💌 i cannot wait to share what the new year has in store. remaining excited & joyful!”

* Oh, and she addresses the four-year gap in releasing music in a blog post on her website, explaining that she was growing up and “struggling to figure out what my purpose was in life.”

* The good news for music fans is that she’s back to writing music — about 30 songs in the last few months — and hopes to release “some things in 2025 and play a few shows.”

* Before the music gap, Tori developed quite a following on TikTok with nearly 150,000 followers and more than 12 million likes on her posts.

* Tori’s a 2022 graduate of Baylor University where she studied journalism with a focus in advertising and minored in English, according to her website bio.
