Carlos Rising from The Voice Season 22

Carlos Rising from Season 23 delivered a double treat on Friday. He dropped a solo single called “Money,” a song he co-wrote with Christian Black. Carlos credits Christian for writing the excellent bridge and for pushing him to make the song less ‘“tik-toky.” And Holy Heat, an indie rock and soul band Carlos fronts, released a song called “Holly Roller.” It’s the third single for the band. “Money,” meanwhile, follows “Simply in Love” as Carlos’s second solo single of 2023.
