Former contestants from The Voice are already releasing an impressive array of music in 2020.

And that includes new singles from Taylor John Williams, Royce Lovett and Jordy Searcy, all of which you can check out below.

The links take you to the songs on Apple Music. Or you can check out the Spotify snippets at the end of the blog.

Taylor John Williams, a Season 7 standout, released “Malibu” on Friday, and it sounds like it will be the first single in a busy 2020. In celebrating 1.7 million streams of his songs in 2019, Taylor wrote on Instagram: “My great friend and talented producer Thomas Greene and I will be presenting a new batch of music beginning at the top of 2020.” Taylor John also has a Patreon page for those interesting in supporting his music.

Royce Lovett from Season 17 says he has a lot of music to share and he’s already back with his third single since the show. This one is called “Man” and has an accompanying music video. It follows “Dope” and “Everyday Problems,” songs Royce had shared in video form prior to the show, but hadn’t released to streaming sites. Royce, 30 when he auditioned, made it to the knockouts on the show.

Jordy Searcy from Season 7 released “Friendship?” on Friday, another of his frequent singles likely to get stuck in your head. It’s about wondering whether a friendship should become something more and, in this case, the “song REALLY took a village,” Jordy explains on Instagram. It started when he and three friends decided to pen “an early 2000’s Alicia Keys ballad” at a songwriting retreat, wound up involving two producers and being a single “I’m really proud of,” Jordy writes.
