Former American Idol champ Phillip Phillips has released a new music video.

It’s for the song “Magnetic” from his “Collateral” album, released in January.

“I love this song!” Phillip writes on Facebook. “It makes me feel sexy even though I’m not. But I’m sure it’ll make you feel sexy too.”

“Collateral” marked Phillip’s third album. His first two — “The World from the Side of the Moon” and “Behind the Light” — debuted Top 10 on the Billboard 200.

“Collateral” came nearly four years later and followed a lengthy legal dispute between Phillip and his label. It debuted at number 141 on the Billboard 200.

Phillip’s nearly 20-date tour with DeGraw opens Thursday in Park City, Utah. It includes a pair of stops in Pennsylvania — at the Parx Casino in Bensalem on Aug. 28 and the Mount Airy Casino Resort in Mount Pocono two nights later.
