Gabby Barrett certainly hasn’t slowed down since finishing third on Season 16 of American Idol.

She’s currently out on the Laps Around the Sun Tour with country star Chris Lane.

And she has a romantic new country ballad out called “Fireflies.”

Check out the music video below. It features Cade Foehner, Gabby’s boyfriend and fellow American Idol contestant, on guitar.

Gabby wrote “Fireflies” with Allen Foster. It’s available on iTunes as a stand-along track or as part of a three-song EP that also features “Your Name On It” and “Missin’ Love.”

“Fireflies” marks the 11th single — all originals — Gabby has released this year. That comes on the heels of the 13 singles — a mix of originals and covers — that she released in 2017.

Writes Gabby on Facebook:” I’ve been truly blessed on this amazing journey. Some days It seemed so dark. But God promised ALL things work for our good if we walk in faith. I’ve seen it in my own life.”

In addition to the Chris Lane tour, she also recently performed the national anthem before the Baltimore Ravens-Pittsburgh Steelers games at Heinz Field. Gabby’s from the Pittsburgh area.

And she traveled to Alabama over the weekend for an American Idol reunion show of sorts with Cade, Ron Bultongez, Andrew Weaver and Alyssa Raghu.

Gabby also just announced that she’ll be performing Tortega Music Festival, billed as Florida’s biggest beach party, in April. Other performers include Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney and Thomas Rhett.

As for the Laps Around the Sun Tour, check out all the dates on Gabby’s Facebook page. The tour includes stops at The Filmore in Silver Spring, Md., on Nov. 16, and TLA in Philly on Dec. 15.

Here’s that new music video for “Fireflies.”
