If wild card voting follows iTune download trends, it looks like Taylor John Williams might be back in the competition on The Voice.

As of 7 a.m., his wild card song was doing easily the best of the nine performances delivered Tuesday during the first-ever wild card round on the show.

“Wicked Games” was sitting at number 24 on the iTunes overall singles chart. The next closest song: “Grenade” from Damien Lawson at number 42.

DaNica Shirey of York was sitting third in the download battle, at 64 on the overall iTunes chart and number 24 on the site’s pop chart.
