Hmm, what’s new for the knockout round on Season 14 of The Voice?

Glad you asked.

Instead of one guest adviser working with all four teams, we’ll have four guest advisers. And kudos to The Voice, they’re all former winners of the show.

But a new rule will play a bigger role in the outcome of the 16 knockout round matches. For the first time, coaches will be able to save one singer who loses his or her knockout round match.

Presumably, that means there won’t be comeback singers once the live playoffs begin because each team will already have six members — four knockout winners, one saved contestant and one stolen contestant.

It also means just eight singers head home during the knockouts as The Voice whittles its cast from 32 to 24 over the next two weeks.

Here’s a look at the teams heading into the knockouts, along with rumored and confirmed matchups for this round.
