Adele won six Grammys, including record and album of the year Sunday night in a ceremony also marked by a tribute to Whitney Houston.

That tribute included an emotional performance of “I Will Always Love You” by Jennifer Hudson, who was in tears by the time it ended.

For American Idol fans, the Grammys brought no awards for the first time in seven years.

But in addition to Jennifer, Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson performed, the former taking the stage with Tony Bennett, the latter with Jason Aldean.

Photos from the Grammy awards follow.  More will be added in the a.m., but the ones already posted include Katy Perry with blue hair, Nicki Minaj as Little Red Riding Hood and Fergie flashing her underwear.

You can also check out the photos from the pre-Grammy gala hosted by Clive Davis Saturday night.

Miranda Lambert and Alicia Keys were among the performers, and those who turned out ranged from Melanie Amaro and Adam Lambert to Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian.

Now, the Grammy photos, starting with the Idols, but including lots of others, too.
